Hear me out. I have had the pleasure of learning under Ms. Robinson for 2 semesters, once in my grade 9 year, and once this past semester in my grade 11 year. I give her credit for doing her research and having technical knowledge-HOWEVER, I personally feel her classroom is dictated by favourites. I feel as though to BECOME her favourite you must be a little watercolouring Robinson. That is ridiculous, art should be respected and appreciated even if it's not tickling your fancy.

She picks favorited. One time I asked her if my art was good and she told me it was the worst she's seen In all her years of teaching. She only thought us scratch board and watercolour. Very boring projects. Overall not a good teacher...

It all depends on her foggy crystal ball. She'll tell another class when something is due and chastise you for asking and saying that she told your class too. A great teacher to have if you love watercolour. She does really care about her students, and will make sure you're doing alright if you look like your having a bad day.

I wish we used more media, since we mostly used watercolour. She loves horses, and we bonded over that sometimes. I was also going through a hard time in my life and she was very understanding when I needed extensions for things. She is so sweet and I prefer her over all the other art teachers. I wish she taught grade 12 art, but I don't think she does. Some people think she's mean or boring, but she only acts like that if you slack off or act uninterested in art. I wish I could have her again!

I thought I'd like RAP Visual Arts, too. I haven't noticed her have favorites in the class, but that may explain a few things. Yeah, she's pretty dull and sometimes I don't know how I manage to still stay in the program. I have to try really hard to like the assignments she makes us do and sometimes it just doesn't work.

SUPER WIERD. she has multiple personalities and severe mood swings. She always has favourites and basically decides what your mark will be for everything based on if she likes you. if u miss a class u need a note, DON'T EVER BE LATE you'll pay the price! if you can, switch out of her class.

Ms. Robinson is a very good teacher, and very straight forward. It's hard to mess up in her class because you always know exactly what she expects of you. Her lessons can be a bit dull, because she can talk for hours, but she has a good sense of humour and can relate well to her students. She's a fair marker, and the exam was very easy as long as you study. She's very traditional, and not technologically savvy, so bear with her!

I wasn't looking forward to having her at first but ended up not being as bad as I thought. She can be funny and good at teaching. Also shes quite easy marking wise, like with Sketchbook assignments, but I hate how she has favorites. When it comes to students shes really unfair.

I think Ms. Robinson is a great teacher! She is very kind and considerate. I think of her as one of my favorite teachers and wouldn't trade the last 3 semesters she has taught me! :)

I haven't noticed her playing favourites, she is one of my favourite teachers. When I asked her how she put up with listening to "our" music all day, she gave me a weird look and said "Your music? I listen to this in my car!" I then thought of her being all calm in class, but when she goes home, she takes off her wig, throws it on the couch to show off her pink mohawk. Lmfao Weird Imagination, though she thought it was funny too.

I liked her, and I didn't really notice her playing favourites, she always seemed friendly and helpful, even to the *bad* students... well I guess under stress she's not at her best but surprisingly, during exam time, she was helpful and cool about it too.

I think Ms Robinson is a very nice teacher. A lot of you say that she is rude, however, most of the time she is just being flat-out honest. If you ask her for an opinon, then expect an honest answer. I must admit, she does favour some students over others. I don't know why that is but I believe that everyone should be treated equally.

Very very rude woman. I remember doing her a favour and she sneared at me. Leave photography to Mrs. Laverty...the good teacher. I hope you change, for your students sake.

I believe she likes teaching at heart. However, I believe she must actually "TEACH" not sit back and let the videotapes do her talking. She seriously needs to rethink how she teaches and give much more tutorial in-class. Also, having the students make a test for her, is very, very disappointing, and just shows her mentality towards teaching. More paperwork lady.

Loves to pick out favorites and helps them only. Treats people like they are in kindergarten. More equality among your students, please.

If you don't meet her standards, she degrades you infront of the whole class. She talks like a politician, (VERBIAGE!) never clear on what she means! Confused!
