I liked Mr. Shaver a lot. He made science fun. And he taught us how to make moonshine. We learned a lot from him, and he taught us interesting stuff that wasn't necessarily on the curriculum. Wow!
we spent two classes on tape worms and then found they weren't on the curriculum at all. But we know exactly how they are extracted now. Thanks Shaver.
Is a loving and caring man, however he wants to teach one way and does not want to teach another. If the students do not understand it, he repeats the same way, but with more frustration. Un-helpfu
He's nice but should be more patient when asked questions. He explains things throughly and is very knowledgable.
Overall, probably the worst teacher I have ever had. He doesn't make it interesting, he has no concept of personal space and never answers any questions. Andilike/amgood atscience.
mr shaver! i adore you. graduate with me. you are amazing, but um, learn about science before you try to teach me anymore please. but I LOVE SCIENCE. can i have some marks sir?!?
interesting but not that helpful. wouldn't want to have him again
Mr. Shaver seems to have issues with answering questions- either at all, or answering the right ones.
nice guy, really easy. who else would let us make up our own bonus question, answer it and chose the category for it?
A very useless teacher overall. Doesn't understand the concept of "letting you get a word in edgewise".
come on any teacher that gives you like 20 bonus marks for writing I LOVE BLOOD on your test and exam cant be all that bad!!
he's awesome! the only class where writing i love science or i love blood at the bottom of your test gets you bonus marks!
He talks a lot, but he knows what he's talking about and he's helpful and funny.
he has no idea what he's talking about...biology? what?
