Loved her religion class! I wasn't interested in the subject itself, but she made it fun by showing us a lot of videos and giving us cool assignments. So surprised that he class wasn't already full when I registered. Gives test questions in advance and is overall such a nice woman, super easy to do well.

I took her for my complementary- Into to religion. She was a FANTASTIC teacher. She knows her material inside and out and knows how to make a class interesting. There is a fair amount of work to be completed throughout the semester, however, she is always willing to help if you need it. 100% take her if you have the chance.

She's super nice and open minded which is important for a teacher teaching religion. Easy grades and interesting topic but I guess you'd have to have some sort of interest in it already. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that she took attendance seriously but I suppose it's understandable

She spent a solid ten minutes on how disrespectful it is when people don't make an effort to spell her name properly but has never once spelt or pronounced my name right (: regardless she's alright, I'd recommend her

Awesome teacher but you have to be remotely interested in the subject to enjoy the class. She hands out small, 300 word assignments every other class that are easy to do well on, and even gives you the test questions before the test to prepare with (do them and you'll do well).

She is a super easy marker. She is a bit of an annoying teacher. Takes attendance which counts for 10% of your final mark. She makes slides but they only contain images so you have to take your own notes. Lots of small assignments (300 word papers) throughout the year but they are easy to do well on. Hands out questions for test beforehand.

I liked this teacher. She doesn't ask for much just responses and a few essays an easy work load. Shes pretty knowledgeable about what she teaches, and brings up fun topics about the subjects she teaches to make people more involved and to think about certain scenarios. Her exams are easy too. I highly recommend her

Oh boy, so some of these reviews are confusing.. Although she is very knowledgeable she is also a bit annoying. She assigns journals for every class, and she is very picky about grammar. She sent someone i know to the dean without even consulting them or warning them. She definitely has favourites. Her exams are easy and she gives you the outline. Take notes in class, and pay attention and you will succeed.

I had her for world religions and she was an amazing teacher. Their are a bunch of little assignments and if you do them all it is an easy 15%. You do need to do the work but it is an easy class i got a 76% but I did hand in a lot of assignments late, and I was able to bring up my grade from a 50 to a 76% in a couple of weeks. She is a teacher that you can always go to, and she tries to make the class really fun.

She gives participation questions during every class and that goes toward your final grade worth 10%. She's a fairly esay grader and though her class is esay to pass it takes a lot to pass her class. you need to have at least a 60% on the response section, hand in the essay(s)and have at least a 60% in the participation section otherwise you get a mark of 50%. Her class is good though and it's interesting! I like her!!

I thought that she would be a bad teacher with all those ratings..but no : she is a very nice and happy teacher, always want to learn more. She knows the class material very well. Interesting class but the way she grades is indeed a mystery. If you do the work, you will pass with a low 80

Interesting Intro class. But she rushes through the information and you hardly learn anything worth noting. Lacks the interesting part of religion, with all its mystery. She tends to just regurgitate what she already knows. As do most teachers unfortunately. Though she makes an effort to make the class experience as easy and interesting as possible. Truly a nice and happy women, very fair marker.
This can be said about most teachers - I guess education isn't as great as it could be...

I had her in RM. Sonia's assignments were short and simple; she wanted you to take baby steps and each step she made sure you took perfectly. This way we had a great idea about research methods in the end. When it came to presentations she kept them short which was good for shy students.

I had this teacher for religion. BIGGEST MISTAKE of my life! Students would ask her questions and she didnt even know how to answer, she would say, "i don't know". Also, the way she marks is a mystery

i had her for arts and culture and she is a really easy marker except she focuses on different medias describing culture that aren't the best examples of good art in that sense, u need to read 2 books, and i got away with only reading one, tests are very easy and opinion oriented. :)

Sonia's class was not the class for me, but that's be personally. Her work is very easy, 350 word assignments, i did everyone the night before and pulled off at least an 85%. A very, very easy pass, but a dull class.
