Coolest guy around and one of the smartest guys I know. Truly a privilege to have been in his class two years in a row. Everyone loves Johnstone, its common knowledge.

Great guy and really easy to talk to, but a bit of a picky marker, misses class way too much and can be a little bit unclear with explaining assignments sometimes.

He's so nice and understanding. He's such a cool guy, he's hilarious, he's sweet, and he's so much fun to talk to. You can talk to him about anything and any class. Marks us fairly and tries he's hardest to find marks so we can get the best marks possible. I agree he skips a lot but he coaches teams and he's also an English teacher so its understandable. Overall, great teacher and one of my favorite teachers. Definitely take his course if you can.

absolute favourite teacher at Richview. So understanding about issues and realizes everyone has something going on. Really funny and a great teacher if you need to vent about another class because he'll actually listen and give you input. Media i never got below a 95 so i was definitely recommend it if you can write well and enjoy media concepts and theory. Best teacher at richview, everyone loves jstone

Honestly J.Stone was always a sick guy in my opinion. Got fairly mad a couple of times at me and my group, but even when that happened he did it in a chill way. Marks rlly easily, but some marks come out of nowhere. Still gave me a great mark though. Rlly all u have to do is show that you care about the course in some way and he will reciprocate. He understands that public education is garbage for the most part, and tries to engage his class while still teaching them valble interpretation skills

The nicest most interesting teacher there is. Not only is he great at explaining and knowns what he is talking about but he likes what he is teaching and obviously enjoys teaching because he is always in an amazing mood. He is nice to everyone, always understanding and assigns interesting projects. He connects with students and actually tries to engage the class with reviewing and dissection of fun movies that you ACTUALLY WANNA WATCH. I HIGHLY recommend him. You wont regret his course!!!

Johnstone's a great guy, really. Classes are usually a waste, but when he does actually teach something, it's interesting.

Johnstone's a likable guy and he's great to talk to, but most media classes are wasteful opportunities to talk amongst each other. He rarely teaches and when he does teach, it's not all that important

Johnstone's a cool guy, but at the same time he is one of the worst teachers at Richview. He leaves the classroom half way through and gives huge assignments and excpects them to be done in a week.

Cool guy, but not the greatest teacher. Most media classes are wasted on nothing. Walks in and out of the classroom randomly at any given moment. Marks are unpredictable. Unclear on assignments also.
