Ray Girard is an alright teacher though you have to keep up with him, otherwise you'll be lost in his class. He tends to ramble off topic which can be somewhat irritating because it's simply not related to the curriculum. With that said, Mr. Girard makes me severely depressed. He tends to take orders way too seriously and talks down to you like he's a king. Honestly, his remarks do tend to hurt me very deeply. I do get emotional and he ruins my day.

In my opinion he is a great math teacher. He focuses more on why you are doing things more then most teachers which I find helpful. Some say he gives too much homework but I never found that.

He pushes you to do your best. people complain about actually doing homework but these same people fail out of their own stupidity. He is a brilliant teacher and loves to help.

He assigns way too much homework at the academic level and expects that the minute you enter his class on the first day of classes that you know absolutely everything from Grade 8. When he is writing on the board he will start in the middle panel, move to the right, and then to the left very fast and if you don't write fast you are screwed because he explains while he is writing which goes way too fast.

You would always be on the verge of understanding a concept when mr.girard would re explain it and totally comfuse you. He also gives unreasonably hard tests with items you have yet to fully learn

Being dislexic doesn't help the fact that he's already a bad teacher. I dont understand anything that comes out of his mouth, but he IS a nice man.. just not a good teacher.

He really tends to ramble on about useless things. He needs to get to the point. He is an alright guy, caring for how his students do but i think he needs t be appointed to work in the guidance dep .

Girard should not be teaching, he's an ok person but has no idea how to teach or connect to his students. He should probably go back to teachers' college and learn a thing or two.
