If you have her switch out. I don't care what other course you end up having to take but switch out. She once told me that romeo and Juliet was all about Shakespeares imaginary friends. OK.

Her easily shaken confidence ruined any chance of my improving and progressing in my art this year. In two instances she the announced to the class that she had given up on teaching us. She admitted to not teaching our class for two months and giving us busy work because she was scared of a few students. She managed to create that horrible atmosphere among a class room full of talented, eager and intelligent students. She wasted my time.

After a year with her, I can say I have learned nothing besides the meaning of "irony" which seems to be the only thing she knows. She is degrading to students and passive aggressive which weakens the classroom atmosphere. She won't even read work handed in because she has better things to do like laundry. If you have her, switch out of her class because you won't learn anything. I feel like my writing capability has actually decreased after a year of lit with her.
