I knew Mr. Oaks in the 90's. He changed my life and will never be forgotten. He made me feel like I was his only student. Amazing soul. Just heard he passed away a couple of years ago. It's amazing how much his death has impacted me decades later. I feel emptier knowing he's not in this world anymore. May G-d bless him in the next world. Mr. Oaks, you were an exalted teacher and friend. I miss you.
Great guy in genereal, sadly he just retired from pocock
Mr.Oaks was a very caring person i went to pocock about 10 years ago but i remeber till this day how much he helped me through my rough times Thankyou
At the Caf. "Okay, everyone! Not all of you have 1st period spare! LIFT OFF! Lift off!" *Claps Claps Claps*
He is a nice guy, but his prayers arent prayers, just mumbling and random stories, but it is not a prayer
He's a very caring and devoted guy... he only wants whats best in the world and it is his job to make pocock a more catholic place you know... WOOO FOR MR.OAKS!!
You can only teach us what is in the bible, not your opinion.
That is one person that is not playing with a full deck of cards and I don't just mean the jokers either. He's definately not all there, I don't care how many "nice" things he does. He is not normal. Can he not just teach and go home like every other teacher?
He's gotta stop being so involved in other students lives. He must remember that he is there to teach. Thats all. He's definately not all there. Very emotional and very intense. I would never want him as a teacher again.
He's definately missing a few screws. I had him twice(grade 9 & 10 religion). I felt like I needed a shot of whiskey after each of his classes. He gets way to personal with students and his classes were always all-boy classes. Makes you wonder....
Greatest man u'll ever meet! He has a lot of fun with the students and tries relly hard to get people involved in the school. He's sweet and easy to talk to!
i dont think he ever knew my name, but he would smile and talk to me like i was his best friend.
Has a HUGE heart, God sent for sure. Definitely a diamond in the rough - thanks for everything, Ross
the most caring man I know, loves what he does, and the people in his life
Sweet man, always happy! more people should be as peaceful and generous as he is
learn how to spell his name, and you go to a catholic school, expect to pray
Very Nice, but the prayers...u dont advertise in a prayer oaks
such a spiritual person! i do get scared he'll have a nervous breakdown one day!
What is the purpose of a Chaplin in a school? to much talk too commercialize
he's a good guy, really cares about the students and the school
i like your prayers-don't listen too these rude people who think they are long
He should say real prayers and give speechs that are directed to ALL students.
He's soooo nice and friendly. 1 in a million w/ kindness
