He's one of those teachers that your child will appreciate after they are done with him. He will really make an effort to help your student if they need it and if they are willing to learn.

I would strongely suggest if your child has this teacher for either math or science to get them out of the class ASAP. He has no idea what he is talking about. He is every disorganized.

Mr. Feeley is the kind of teachers that will make you consider homeschooling. At the parent-teacher interview, he could not find my child's sheet nor provide a straight answer.
