As you watch those lifeless, beady eyes stare down and ask "you follow?" you'll wish there was a hell that you could he sent down to instead of his class. He blames his students for their failure and fails to realize that he is at blame as well. Since he has taught for so long, his expectations are higher than anything I've ever seen. If you didn't like History as you enter his class, he'll make sure you dislike it even more you leave. Non-stop lectures about how his students suck. Good luck.

Pontrelli is one of my favourite teachers in the school. You can have real talks with him, and as long as you come into class with a confident smile, participate, and watch the news!! you'll do well. I still come to visit Pontrelli in my spare time; he helps you with everything! LOVE HIM!!

A sum of Pontrelli's class: massive amount of movies (with instruction to copy down every word), writing on the board that NOBODY can read, tests you dont have to study for and jokes all day.

'You guys are bricks!' 'Copy da BOAAAARRRDD!!!' 'Everyday I teach this class... a little part of me dies' 'Alright?' Honestly, he is my favorite teacher, his favorite teacher is Eugene Weber. Every day he talks to us about our generation and how its falling into laziness. Unforgetable teacher. No matter how good or bad you get on tests, you end up knowing just as much as he does by the end of the year.

BEST TEACHER EVER! not one of those uptight teachers. he;'s more outgoing, and fun; someone to joke around with, yet be seirous around when it comes to work. Likes to watch movies in his class(to do witht he subject) and he teaches interesting courses. point is: awesome teacher. and i hope every gets to experience him as a teacher.

best teacher at pocock. He prepares you for university by making you work hard for your mark and with all the vigorous notetaking you must do! He has an awesome sense of humour, although mainly corny, and is the most intelligent person I have ever come across. Messy hieroglyphic writing that's always exciting when attempting to decipher and a golden voice that you'll never forget. God bless you!

Sir, you really need to stop with that look! It's like a mix of confusion and frustration! And when we're doing presentations, its really hard to focus when we see that look. You think you're not doing well and you forget everything you just explained.
