She is actually a very nice teacher although she is mad most of the time but I know that's the way she is, only cause she is worried about her students. her tests are pretty easy if you listen while she is teaching and please take this advice from me, never ever ask her a question about something that is written on the board ;)

Mrs. Segall is probably one the best teachers I've had. She explains clearly, and utilizes the textbook as a means to aid in the concepts she teaches herself. Her tests are fair and she's not very strict in her marking. Word of advice though: Don't ask stupid questions and listen attentively. Hope I have her next year in Grade 12 Chemistry!

"This is grade 10 math" "Who was your math teacher" "Who was your science teacher" "It's very nice" famous quotes from Ms. Segall.

The worst teacher and worst experience in my whole high school life. I agree she's knowledgeable, but she can't teach at all. Yells but never helps nor tells you what to do. Some tests are fair, others unbalanced. The Exam was extremely unfair. Basically ruined Chemistry for me. I only did well in her class by reading the textbook, her "notes" are useless.

She is not a teacher who give easy marks. If you are looking for an easy 80, you better quit unless you are willing to work hard for that mark. Although i dont like her way of teaching, but she marks fairly. So as long as you study HARD and do what she asks you to do (like hw or labs), you should be able to get a 80 no problem

It is difficult to understand her, she smells like smoke but she will definately prepare you for university. She expects you to know stuff from previous years and will spend no time going over anything. If you want to clarify something with her, she gets irritated.

Worst teacher of my life. Puts no effort in teaching, and nearly falls asleep through a student's presentation.

She's either bi-polar or flat out nuts. She's smile at you one second and yell at you the next. Her english is terrible, and she'll jump at any opportunity to put you down. Knows her stuff though.

Ms.Segall can be intimating, but she is actually very nice. Make sure you pay attention in her class. And if she yells don't take it personally. Lot of "who was your grade 10 science teacher" .

A good teacher for those who are able to learn well on their own. It seems her smoking habits have gotten the best of her voice. She knows her stuff, you better know yours too.

Intimidating and kind of mean. She was cold and sort of mean to me when I went for extra help, and marks very unfairly on some assignments. Chemistry with her is at least very easy.
