Mr. Dearing is truly a good person. If you have him for a class like tech or leadership, you'll have a great time. He is open to suggestions and makes people feel comfortable as a group. To improve his teaching I suggest he doesnt play to much within the social aspect of school because he will form opinions about students he hasnt met yet. I wish he would be as passionate about math as he was about leadership or chill camp because you can tell he doesn't want to be there.

He is a really awesome guy, really funny and lets you slack off, but that`s not always the best for someone who is trying to keep there marks up, I had him from math and he really makes you do a lot of idependent work, which can be hard for some people. For people that need structure in class (like my self) I would recomend getting a tuter but for people who really don`t care (or can learn by them selves) have fun! We played sheraids, and he sang songs (the moose song) and it was just a really fun cours! :)
