I did quite well in her class despite her... eccentricities. As long as you do the work she wants and aren't demanding and rude about marks you can get past her quirks. Pro Tips: don't talk in class, show up to every class on time(she actually phoned me to ask why I missed 2 days in a row), pay attention to the material, ask questions respectfully, don't be whiney, and if you have a problem with her marking phrase it as though it was an honest mistake; don't assume she's out to get you.
science has always been my favourite subject... this year i hate it. i never skip class... but i skip her class all the time. she picks favourites and is very unclear about what she is teaching. she hates this one kid in our class and never listens to him even though he is like the smartest kid ever! she once mimed out games we could do instead of actually saying them... absolutely crazy... should be in an asylum... not a highschool..
Extremely disorganized, very scatterbrained. I would ask for help and she would deny it. She was easily frustrated and very monotone, and seemed to have no intrest in the class. Out final exam average was 68%, which is extremely low. If you're in her class your best bet is to teach yourself.
I had to explain to her the difference between mass and density... she didn't mixed them up, she's clueless and condescending, she might make a good kindergarden teacher but not high school
She has no respect for her students, and no passion for what she's teaching. It's teachers like her who leave students with no desire to learn.
i respect Mrs McFerren and i enjoyed what i learned in her class, she is a bit scatter-brained and her class is not an easy one to be in but overall i like her and respect her as a great teacher
WAY too scatterbrained, she would constantly make mistakes. Unclear lessons, hard to make up with absenses. Everybody felt unfortunate to be in her class.
Notes do not make sense, lessons are poorly thought out and projects are wastes of time that do little to reinforce the material. Try to get into Patil's class if you get her.
My daughter really enjoyed Mrs McFerran's class. She always had time for her always treated her with the utmost respect.
She's so nice and helped me so much. She gives a lot and expects a lot in return. If you're respectful to her, she's respectful to you. If you're dissrespectful, she doesn't have much time for you.
Personally, one of my favorite teachers. She's easy to talk to, and doesn't treat you like a little kid.
Good teacher. Nice and will help if you do not understand something. be nice to her and she will be nice to you.
She's a cool teacher, and she's hella nice as long as you try hard and show that you care.
She can be unclear when teaching class, but she is a good teacher.
Ms. McFerran is probably the most boring teacher I have ever had. Her voice is so monotonous its hard not to fall asleep in class
She's really nice, I didn't get along with her very well. People should stop being mean to her and she'll be nicer to you!
She is a boring teacher, but her notes are thourough and her tests are pretty easy. Pay attention, and you'll survive.
