Really straightforward and good with civics. Explains the already minimal concepts as comprehensively as possible, and gives funny stories to gauge the understanding too. Sucks he's retiring.

Mr. Gatti is awesome, I had him 3 times in high school and got at least an 80% in all of his classes, i also had him twice for history in grade 12 in the SAME semester and still got good marks, no reason you can't finish with at least a 75% but if you do your work you will get an 80% for sure

He's the reason I like history today and continue studying it in university, even if on the side. 'Nuff said.

So what if he stared sometimes? He did a great job explaining history, and had some unique and defendable viewpoints. Always asked me if I was getting what he was teaching after class. Very memorable. Deciphering what he wrote on the board was the only thing that annoyed me. In his class, however, that was a minor issue. I'd take his class again.

Seems to know his stuff, but he assumes that everyone else is a media arts genius so his instructions can be difficult to understand. He also kinda scares me. Why does he stare so much?
