Mr. Griplas is honestly amazing. He is a great teacher and he knows what hes talking about. Probably one of the easiest markers I've had. He treats his students so nicely even if they're rude or annoying or just plain stupid. He will give you detention if you skip class or miss an important due date though. Even then if you're a REALLY good student he wont mind if you skip a few classes. I was the best student in the class and when I skipped he would compliment me on the work I've been doing.

The first week is tough because of his monotone voice. It's pretty bad. But after you get over it, you realize that he's a super cool guy who loves the subject he teaches. He can explain history really well, and makes it interesting. He calls lessons "telling stories". And he'll talk to you about football which is always a bonus.
