She's pretty unresponsive and seems like she doesn't really care about anything, and she's pretty strict. She marks quite tough. However, she is actually pretty nice. She definitely gets the point across and actually teaches us well. Also, it's almost impossible to read her writing, and her classroom is always at like -1000 degrees.

I was alright at math, good enough to get into her advanced class but she turned me off math basically forever. I always dreaded going to her class and fell asleep a lot (she never noticed because she doesn't look at people ever when she's teaching). But of course he obviously knows her stuff and I'm sure she's lovely person. Just don't take her class if you're not into math or not going into sciences.

I had her last year and she is no help if you don't understand the homework because she makes you stand up in front of the class and asks you stupid questions that get you nowhere. I agree she picks favourites, and is rude to the people she doesn't like. But she is a good teacher, I just don't think she likes teaching children...

Mrs. Massel is actually a very nice and helpful teacher. she has really softened up! sure her writings is illegible but she knows what she is talking about and knows how to get it across the right way.

Massel...your room is cold. Your attitude is cold. And you scare people. And sometimes you make no sense. And try smiling :) it takes less muscles to frown.

not an efficient teacher--doesn't explain in the easiest way. I challenge anyone to disagree with me that by grade 12, more than 1/2 of her math or ap calc class has a tutor!!

Getting a little to old to teach advanced math. She doesn't always know how to solve things she assigns and is not clear and comprehensive when explaining
