Not very helpful in my experience. She assigns a lot of work at once (and will say she does not intend to, but does it anyway). Gives limited help on assignments and tasks, and I personally felt as though she didn't like me very much (for a reason I'm not sure why), which is why I struggled a lot in her class. Whenever I reached out for help or clarification, it'd be very vague and I'd be left in the dust. I've had a very bad experience with her overall.
She is an amazing teacher and intelligent woman! She knows how to teach a class, and although she may be a difficult marker, her feedback is beyond helpful and will make you a better writer. She is an inspiration. I look up to her strength, intelligence, and confidence. Plus she has amazing taste in books and is the ultimate feminist!
Intelligent woman who speaks well and has great presence. She could sometimes be judgmental but it was funny. I had her twice and enjoyed both of her classes. Definitely take media in grade 11!!!
The most amazing teacher any student could ever ask for. enough said.
Ms. Maynard was an incredible teacher. I don't need to explain why.
All in all a good teacher. Keep up with the work and you'll do fine
Very cool teacher, definitely prepares you for your leap into the real world. Anyone who has Ms. Maynard should be grateful...
I had her way back when she taught history! She still rocked then as I'm sure she does now! Thanks for making me a history major!!!
Beatiful woman, who is a good teacher too, she may make us work hard, but she taught me how to write alot better then i used to be able to
Don't let her good looks fool you. You will never win any arguments with her. She piles on the homework and nobody can keep up.
A very nice woman, cool and all that, but a super hard marker, who likes to PILE on the work
