Doesn't like to see minorities being successful just like the rest of the administration. He tries to make every minority switch to college classes or even not attend a post secondary institution.

He told my friend she wasnt ready to take grade 11 math in grade 10 even though she passed grade 10 w/ an 88 first semester. STAY AN EXTRA YEAR..because his son did.
