He knows everything about what he teaches and he's passionate about so many things. Truly a role model to us students. He's a great teacher and so enthusiastic about the material.

If Mr. Kunin very truly deserves the title "Dr." as he knows SO MUCH about the English language (among other things) and is always willing to share that knowledge. He's one of the more awkward teachers I've met, but well makes up for it with his enthusiasm to teach and his HILARIOUS voices while reading texts! He's also a teacher who's very open about his views and will speak of and include LGBTQ topics in his lessons -- something I believe ALL teachers should do. He's truly wonderful.

Dr. Kunin is a great teacher. His class was always so interesting and I definitely learned a lot. My only criticism is that his bias affected his marking. I did an experiment. I wrote a paper on a topic I knew he was opposed to and I received an average grade for what really was a well done essay. For my next one, I did a paper on a topic I knew he supported. I got a whole grade level higher and the essay was pretty mediocre. Other students noticed the same pattern.

As mentioned before, he's very one-sided and picks favourites...but his classes really did prepare you for university. His classes were like university lectures in a high school setting. If only he kept his politics to himself...

AMAZING TEACHER. Sometimes a hard marker and his preperations for exams aren't that good but so refreshing. I love his impersonations of characters in the books we read. Others teachers in this school need follow his lead.

Mr. Kunin is a fantastic teacher. Why is he gone from the school? Does it have anything to do with the OSSTF issue. It's a shame that non-students have the power to dictate school policy. We want you back Mr. Kunin. Good luck.
