You have to be 100% focused during her class because she is confusing in the way she presents the class material. Her Powerpoint presentations make no sense. She gets mad when you don't have the same opinion as her. However, if you follow the textbook and study your notes by heart, you will do well in the exam.

She gets mad at everything. When we ask questions she gets mad, when someone whispers a question about the material while she's teaching she gets super mad. No one can make her happy. She can't explain assignments properly. She had to explain the assignment about 4-5 times until we finally understood what she wanted.

Sure she knows her stuff. But even if I'm passing her course greatly, she seems very passive aggressive and is very unclear. Her notes are not that great, so I strongly suggest you spend some time at the library to read it (not worth buying). She comes off as harsh sometimes towards her student without even realizing it and pulls a "WTH" face when she doesn't understand a student's question. Tough teacher to get along with, but as long as you read the book, you'll survive. Also the OCD'ish type.

She's a sweet teacher and cares about her students passing. I studied 30 minutes before my tests and was good to go. As long as you show up to class and listen, you'll understand the material. Only thing I hated about my class were the people in them, ignorant and immature. Her class is interesting but there is a term assignment worth 30%. You either choose to do 20 hours of volunteer work or newspaper nalysis and write a 1250 min paper. Overall, recommend!

I attend my classes, listen to her and give her what she wants. She may not be clear at first on what she really wants on the reports, but if you go see her in her office she will help you and make it

She's a great teacher! I really enjoyed her class. If you disrespect her she will disrespect you, but overall you just gotta take notes and you'll pass, you don't even need to read anything, Sociology that is. If you show her that you're willing to learn, she will do whatever she can in her power to pass you. LOVED HER CLASS!! VERY INTERESTING
