By far the best teacher I have ever had throughout my high school experience. You can tell how passionate he is about what he teaches and it makes the classroom enjoyable, making it easy to learn. He is a pretty hard marker but if you work hard and reach out for help he will be so happy to help. He has improved my writing and knowledge by a ton and wouldn't be at the level of writing that I am at now if I didn't have him. Best Teacher Ever
Gregory is the best. Makes you better appreciate the purpose and layers of meaning in art. Only gives good marks if you deserve it. Drives a toyota. Likes the fast and furious movies apparently.
Used to Mr. Aitkens' style before coming to class, I expected to be disappointed with Mr. Gregory in comparison. In retrospect, I could not have been more wrong. Mr. Gregory was a wonderful teacher with an amazing passion for literature. I loved the class and all of the material chosen. I only wish that I could have fully appreciated his class before I graduation.
Mr. Gregory is probably my favourite teacher ever. If you like studying literature, you'll love his class. He pushes students to learn more and think deeper, and is always thinking of creative projects to help his students understand the ideas in a work. He is dedicated to his students and always there to help if you approach him to ask for it.
Misguided sycophants saw passion. I saw an overinflated ego tilting at windmills. Entertaining himself on my classroom stage. Had I paid tuition, I would have dropped the course and taken another one. Lord of the Rings better than the bible? Why bother comparing, sir.
Possibly the greatest english teacher I've ever had. Extremely passionate about english and really likes to get students involved. The homework he assigns is not too much but enough to keep you involv
Definitely the best english teacher I've ever had. His passion for literacy motivated me to be just the same. At parts, his class was considerably difficult but I learned and grew the most in his engl
The students who do poorly just don't push themselves. They resent Gregory because he actually wants them to think! He is knowledgeable and will teach you great writing skills if you take the time to
My daughter recevied a true education in both English and hero worship. One allowed her entrance in the school of her choice. The other allowed her to better understand the misguided egos of adults.
I did not find Mr. Gregory's class to be helpful. He probably puts notes in the margains of other people's books to make sure they think the same things he does. I bet even his children's books have
An absolutely amazing English teacher, you could tell when he was passionate about what he was teaching and he would project that same enthusiasm on to his students. Although his class was challenging
I wonder if teachers ever read these... Im in IB didnt do too well in his class but i loved it very cool guy but he didnt seem to care about the students as much as other teachers o well
This guy is really full of himself. It is clear that he had other aspirations, but this is as far as he got. As a teacher, he will do. But as a person, insufferable.
Great teacher, very smart. Best teacher I've had so far.
Ah Mr. Gregory. I would have to say, he was the best teacher i had in kelvin. He was very interesting to listen to and was quite funny. I have to say, its kinda scary how good he is at English...
Mr.Gregory is one of the most amazing english teachers I've ever had the pleasure of being taught by. If you have a genuine interest in reading and have any intelligence it's the perfect english class. He's a very amusing teacher if you read between the lines :P
I really like Mr Gregory. His writing is difficult to understand, but you can always ask him what he wrote. He's one of the best English teachers I've had.
Good techer but I really can never fully understand what he is saying.....or what he's writing, his helpfulnss could be better too....
The best teacher I had my whole 4 years at kelvin but also the most dissapointing in the end. Passing someone who deserves to fail leaves the good students crying.
