I have no idea what all these students below me are talking about! Sr. Collins is a fabulous, great teacher! He connects you with the language through dialogue reading, teaching, and documentaries. The so called "silly/ annoying stuff" he does is actually good. It helps you remember the material and makes it more fun. Whats so bad about sock puppets anyway? haha. :D His tests aren't super hard, you'll generally do well on it. Always willing to help. Cares about his students to :D Take him!

Collins is probably one of the worst teachers out there. He makes you do the most ridiculous things, speaking to each other with spanish dialogue FROM A BOOK with SOCK PUPPETS in STUPID ACCENTS LIKE the whtie accent or the happy accent. he's a horrible teacher. people say he's easy but he does favor students. its very obvious. If he doesn't like you, such as in my case. You turn in homework thats perfect, he'll grade it and give you a 50 for 'NEATNESS PROBLEMS' just horrible,

He's a nice guy. He just doesn't teach. He expects you to complete homework without any previous lessons on the subject material. Mr. Collins also uses a ton of pointless assets: make a sock puppet, no typing allowed, etc. He also confuses the terms "participation" and "citizenship". 15% of your grade is based on participation, but the name is false. The grade is based on your ability to not talk and nod your head quietly. Quiet kids have 100. I participate, and I have 75. But better than Lipman
