He was an awesome teacher!
He is an excellent teacher. I don't know what is going on with the hair but he can teach. Haha
Amazing math teacher. He knows his stuff and his assignments and tests are loose but fair. He tests your knowledge of the concepts more than anything else.
Great teacher overall. Tests are fair and I like his policy of always getting a re-test if you get below 86% and do better on the next test. Homework is optional for pre-calc 12, so I didn't do any and still got a low A. If you actually do the homework, there should be no problem getting high 90s.
He's a great math teacher and he really does knows what he is teaching - I love how we could make up our marks with the pre-test if we got a low mark on our test. The quizzes really help out to prepare us for his pre-tests and tests. Besides him talking a lot and him being strict about the electronic usage in the class, he's chill.
He is a GREAT teacher. If you come to class, pay attention, and do the homework, you will learn the math concepts really well! He is a feminist, environmentalist, vegan, avid cyclist, pacifist, and nudist. He is odd, but I love his quirkiness.
His test can be hard and tricky sometimes so recommend to be prepared for it
He is a great teacher. I can see it in him but sometimes you just feel really angry towards him. At the start he gets a little bit WAY too strict. I can tell he wants us to learn properly and know the concepts of math but sometimes he just gives way too much homework. Precaution: TONS of homework guys. Also the only good times better than doing homework is playing with his made up math games. *Cough* Math Pictionary *Cough* If you can, count how many times he strokes his beard every day. Funny.
He is the best math teacher ive ever had, but his stupid frickin rules.
He makes math easy to his students. But tests and quizes are always beyond your expectation. Nice guy.
Amazing teacher. You can tell that he really cares about teaching. His lessons may be boring, but he covers them in lots of detail and his tests/quizzes are fair. He's not lazy; if you have a question, he will go through it step by step ( i guess his thoroughness is his bad point to some students ) . He's hands down the best math teacher in this school.
Every day. Every single freaking day.
Other than that, I don't have a lot of complaints. He's a pretty good teacher and his notes are really helpful, but he gives a lot of examples which usually makes his classes boring. His tests and quizzes are easy and if you need to retake a test or make one up, all you have to do is approach him before school, after class, etc. and he'll set it up then and there.
Overall, a fantastic teacher.
Lesson is well though of. Just incredibly boring. So you can fall asleep in any moment. Really glad to help if you ask for it. Sometimes, uses old methods of finding the answer. (which makes finding it take more time)
He is actually a really good teacher. Although, he may seem boring, his teaching style is clear and helpful. He also doesn't get distracted that easily unlike the other math teachers. It is obvious he wants to help his students succeed.
he may go a bit fast and do homework checks, but he's good at explaning.
awesome teacher !!!!!!!!!!!! explains very clearly but goes very fast and <<<<<<<gives lot of homework can't keep up>>>>>>>>> and quiet strict that's what i don't like
when I had him in grade 10 I wasn't used to his style of note taking. At first I felt that he was dragging his feet through the lesson plans. It wasn't later that I learned that our class was actually ahead of others. And even though taking a bunch of notes manually could be quite frustration sometimes, he always explains fully in his notes and answer everyone's questions. All in all, he's a pretty good teacher.
hes fair and his tests are pretty good.you just have to get used to his teaching style.we had 3 or 4 classes to review for the provincial exam.he sticks with his schedule most of the time and hes helpful and understanding...so try to like him in the 1st class and u will do fine
WELCOME ONE AND ALL TO MATHEMATICS 10 PRINCIPALS. goshh your like a robot. Learn to be human. and you could try to teach a lot better.
GOOD AFTERNOON EVERYBODY! he sounds like a pirate when he says 'ar' but hes a good teacher!
he doens't let ppl go to washroom, listen to music talk to ppl, eat, sleep, and play cards even when ur done all ur work..... sometimes he doens't even noe what hes teaching.
he's so cool! great teaching style--i actually paid attention in math (unlike in brotherston). he never does anything wrong. expect a just mark on your tests.
I used to think he was boring... but 12principles in the afternoon really changed my mind. he's actually fun and i get everything, which I never do
OMG!! he is the ONLY math teacher who ever finishes ON TIME!!!!!!! really dedicated~ even though i only had him for one year, but he helped a lot to build my foundation in math~^^
good teaching style. if you follow and understand and pay attention, you can get easy marks. remember kiddos, always review and preview. thats what you do in order to get good marks
man he's a hippy butnot only that, he's so boring! every class its just notes, then homework, notes, homework! and his tests are always so long and complicated
He's a nice guy, but his voice has no expression whatsoever!!!! Five minutes of listening and everyone's retreated into a sluggish topor.
Great teacher, you do extra homework but it helps you a lot. He sacrifices all his time to help students and will try to help you understand as best as he can.
Boring? yes. But if u get used to his teaching style it's pretti good. One thing stands out most about him is....HE's THE MOST ORGANIZED FREAK I"VE EVER SEEN!!!
