He knows what he's doing but sometimes it didn't make much sense. He was a nice guy and all but his personality is really strong and threatening. I don't remember being scared of a teacher more than him... Yikes... It doesn't help when you're already struggle and wish to seek help but feel unable to because of this unapproachable aura he gave off. None the less a good tip for his class is to copy the form exactly!! You don't want to lose silly marks :)
He has an awesome attitude but the math is all over the place its crazy!
he's a great guy but very strict. Do your homework and you will be fine.. follow his rules and you will be fine. Great coach too.
He was my teacher about 12 or 13 years ago. The only thing myself and other classmates had trouble with was how attractive he was. We didn't want to ask for help.
His methods either work really well or not at all and they did not work for me what-so-ever. I loved the course and wanted to go into univercity for it before he taught me and afterwards I hated it. I
I don't think I've ever had such an effective, clear and comprehensible math teacher. Definitely DEFINITELY knows what he's doing and makes math actually enjoyable, though tests are sorta tough
You are the best Economics/Calculus teacher ever!!! was in the last year you had economics still @ the school!
best teacher ever! he is a tough teacher but its soooo worth it! By far my fav high school teacher!
best math teacher, hard but makes it better for you in the long run
Great teacher, you learn a lot. Although, he is difficult
He is the absoloute best teacher I have had other than maybe Mr Washington (grade 8 math teacher) or maybe Mrs Macintyre his method of teaching allows you to within one class not ever feel like your in over your head as he steadily builds to the toughest "stumper" also watch out for his ridiculous way of showing the number three with his fingers
gives tough tests would not be ready for the next level with out him. :)
Mr. Gray youa re so great! Even though I failed your course (47%, I didn't do any homework =| ) It was still very nice having you. By the way, I got 87% in summer school :D, and I used a lot of tricks that you taught me! Thanks!
hey is a really sweet teacher, chill guy, good teacher, good lessons, can explain and helps out but has some tough tests
good teacher but the tests are to hard, atleast half the class is failing
pretty hard teacher, but fairly nice... REALLY fun! he stops class and starts talking about a theory.. "whats more evolved.. bendy thumbs or straight thumbs?" ... lol.. just remember to pronounce Sine and Cosine right .. if you say it Sin he'll throw chalk at you.. trust me...
Loved this teacher. I paid attention, and I got the marks. My marks were able to reach new heights! He explains, and if you listen you are set.
...as i was saying... thanks for the great 3 years Coach.. you helped me so much and i really appreciate it.
Not gonna lie.. i was never in his math class, but he is the best basketball coach ever. He makes you work so hard, but it's worth every bit! Thanks for the gre
Gray is a good guy who makes yu work for every mark. I didnt get past his calculus, but I still talk to him. I sympathize for those of you doin derivatives.
He could be mean if you didnt pay attention but nicee to me. BUT HONESTLY \stop trying to get people to go to the basketball games!!
good guy, i cant get in to laurier cuz his tests are too hard, i hate calculus
Evil, but cool. Good math teacher. Love the little smirk when you are terrifying us about the upcoming tests. Keep up the good work!
Great teacher. Full of engery almost always. Discussions about evolution of thumbs and ears always a good time :)
Finally a challenging - yet enjoyable - math class! Well, aside from proving identities of course :)
Mr. Gray is a great teacher. He has extra help if you need it, and explians the answers until you understand. His lessons are long but good. He's a good guy.
Direct Quote: "I am making the test as brutal as possible, because no one wants to write an easy test."
Even though I didn't do as well in the course as I had hoped... I still enjoyed the class and the discussions we had. Thanks for the help.. greatly appreciated
Mr. Gray is a great teacher who is actually INVOLVED in the school and has SCHOOL SPIRIT, no one should bad mouth him for that! Thanx for ur support Mr. Gray :)
I thought he was suppose to be teaching math, not pressuring the class into going to the school basketball game. Some of us have to do hw to pass your tests.
Just a tad too excited about math, nonetheless a good teacher!
toughest math class I've ever had, I enjoyed it, way to go
Mr. Gray, your test are WAY TOO HARD. I got 66 in your grade 11 university math class and I'm getting 95 in Grade 12 university Calculus with Mr. Crossely.
One word: COCKY. Gotta luv the confidence tho... first day: Most of you WILL fail this class .
No Mr. Gray taking the 100th derivative is not easy!!!!!
Yay!! Mr. Gray Rules!! Logic is SO irrelevant! Muahaha. ;)
