From many of my friend's children they are all terrified of him. Izumi tends to display violent behavior and has extremely bad mood swings, which he usually takes out on the students. I can understand being moody but the fact that he takes it out on children is absolutely wrong and should not be at this school teaching. I have also heard that he picks on female students the most sending them to the office for smaller things compared to the boys in his class. I would not recommend him at all.

Zooms Zooms you are soooooo cool. And when I say cool, I mean cool. Gives us the questions on the tests in advance and gives us a clear idea of assignments and tests. makes it fun too! Those that don't want to be academic shouldn't be taking academic. I learned more from you then any teacher. Just a good person and a great teacher.

He's a great teacher and I think he really inspires his students to think critically about many issues. Also instead of just teaching lessons, he explains them very well and deeply so that everyone can understand the concept of it.

He can be strict, but he also knows his stuff. If you communicate with him and explain your thoughts, he is very easy going and accomadating. It's easy to follow his lessons, and although he can be a tough market, if you actually listen to him and try, you learn a ton, and will do well. I learned a ton in his class and enjoyed it, he made history fun.

In heart hes definitely a great guy, As a friend i would go get a drink with him but as a student he can be a nightmare he has worse mood swings then a girl on her period and rams you with 15 percent projects on the second day with nearly no justification. Doesn't help that most of his students are absolute potatoes and sit there acting like its fine.

Not a bad teacher, but has major mood swings and at times scares students with his anger. Not effective or very helpful at all. Seems to like his job, but unfortunately he's not great at it. Also favours many students and likes to bully others. Makes somewhat eacist comments in class and picks on students. His exams are also just a bunch of venn diagrams comliled together.

Nice person, it seems, but teaching methods are a bit different than kids are used to. They seem good, but he goes about it in the wrong way. Is a big fan of scare tactics as well. Everything people say about the moods swings are true, as much as he says it isnt. Also loves to give lots of work when he's away, then forget about it, which is so frustrating.

He knows what hes doing but sometimes it isn't the right way to handle the situation. Advanced teaching methods will only get you so far, you need to understand the students. Smart guy, interesting, i think he studies us, saw him pick his nose the other day, very animated and freindly. VERY approachable and always willing to fix a problem!
