Mr. Eric Lootsma was my Civics and Careers teacher in grade 10 and he was exceptional. The main reason would be because he wasn't just my teacher he was my friend. Mr. Lootsma is probably the best teacher I've ever had.

He is one of my favourite teachers. He is innovative and creative with the assignments and projects that he assigns us. His classes - Philosophy, Law, History - are always discussion based, so they are really interesting. You really get to perfect your arguments in every day classes. You will certainly learn new things in class, and get to prove Lootsy wrong. He is also a pretty funny guy, though some of his jokes and puns are bordering on lame. But that's just part of his character: lame puns.

He is super awesome, and every one knows it. He is so nice, you can't not like him. He's super chill. He gets a little off track but its always interesting.
