If you do not have any knowledge with computer software, you shouldn't be taking him. His exams are long, but definitely doable. He gives a pre-test before every exam which is basically the exam, those are the only reason I did well in his class.

For enhancing computer knowledge if you are good with computers (like, have a decent working knowledge of word and excel) you will be fine. I basically never went to class and and would occasionally listen to some of the videos for some of the specific excel stuff but it's definitely doable, IF you already have a good working knowledge. otherwise, stay away.

I took Edward Baylin in Introduction to Programming (a complementary course). Don't take his class unless you already know about programming. He's a fairly old man, I think it's time for him to retire. His lessons are very slow, his monotone voice is very boring. Also, during class, he rarely even covers the material we're using in the homework. He just assumes that you understand what is going on. He also tends to get yell and get upset at students who don't understand what they're doing.

ECK is the hardest course I ever took. The first exam is absolutely impossible so don't get your hopes down when u fail it. He always boosts your mark since the exam difficulty is out of this world. A word of advice, take a different complementary if you can. He is very nice though :P

Lots and lots of work, but if you do all the assignments and get 100% (it's all online and you can try again and again until you get it right) you can easily boost your mark. It's tedious but necessary: the first test is almost impossible. His class is boring but he records everything, so you can just work on the assignments in class instead and listen to the videos the night before a test. Not a fantastic teacher, but you actually learn a lot in Enhancing Computer Knowledge from the homeworks.

Extremely boring lectures. A lot of the time he doesn't give lectures and tells you to watch his boring 60+ minute lecture videos. Personally, I think his teaching method is poor and ineffective. The way he posts information about the class/marks is ridiculous too. He's not very patient either...

Enhancing Knowledge: Ridiculously easy class if you put in the effort. Most people either got low 70s or high 90s. The test are pretty tough but he grades two of them up so your pretty much guaranteed to pass. If you want to boost your crc with a complimentary then this is it!!

Assignemtns are done on somthing called MyItLab which is like a virtual computer screen with steps at the bottom telling you wat to click etc etc.. His tests are hard but he always boosts the marks at the end. He gets really excited if you participate. Doesnt take attendance. Slack class. OH! Ask him about his singing
