Okay, 6 years later --Im not sure why he is still teaching. I know his accent cant be picked on, but seriously why is he still here? Mr G failed kids, its not our fault we couldnt understand him. He might be a smart man but in his head. i cant stress more on the fact that a great base is VERY IMPORTANT. My grade 9 math marks with mr low were 97, and in grade 10 THANKS to mr G they became 75, and it was a bad story afterwards. I blame him for my downfall in math.

He is the best teacher ever! He answered all my questions, and he was a bit funny with those jokes about the students who don't care about studying :P . Recommended! Especially to all math lovers and logical people.

Mr Gunaratnam might be a nice person BUT he seriously has no clue about TEACHING. How can a class average be 48? Well, he'll do everything to drop ur mark with his pop quizzes and weird writing. But he's pretty funny:D

His method of teaching is this : Read the book. And it helps, I've found. The point is that one should be able to teach oneself - just as in the real world. and you HAVE to do homework. Every single day.

He is not a very helpful teacher and he is so hard in marking like he is giving the marks out of his bank account and he can't explain anything clearly. i think reading out the text book is much easier

Being one to love all teachers and always be positive, G-Unit (as we call him) cannot teach. I respect his math, but his teaching abilities are simply horrible.
