Doesn't listen to students or their parents. Doesn't really know how to do his job. Says he cares about bullying but still treats individuals involved as if they have to work out their missunderstandings. He is as passive and incompetent as his leader John Reems. He does not ensure students are safe and able to learn. Just look at all the families that are pulling their children out of the school.
