He is very smart and I loved his course !
Awesome prof, still remember him. Took a lot of my teenage BS back in the day :p
he's the best english teacher I've ever had, you can tell this guy has a true intelligence and very open mindset.
be good, and he'll treat you well. do your work or youll slip through cracks. he really and truly doesnt care about you, so learnt to take innitiative.
He's the hardest english teacher I've ever had, yet the coolest one! He's so chillz, and sometimes lets us talk for 20 min. before we begin class. He's so much fun.
Mr. Barrs, what can I say? He's probably the best teacher I've ever had...intelligent, funny and he cares about his students, which I believe is the most important thing. Thank you for inspiring me.
He always said he wasn't sarcastic.... he uses dry humour. There's a difference... whatever he's awesome.
He was my best teacher ever...long ago in the late 80's-early 90's!
And the Best Teacher Award goes to............Mister Barrs!!!
arrogant guy who will judge u the first time he sees you and keep that opinion thoughout your entire high school experience w.night school is a better bet.

M. Barrs was one of the teachers that I respected the most. The fact that he's a great teacher is why I'm surviving in University. Keep up the good work.
Sarcastic, witty, well read, Mr.Barrs has it all. If you like to listen and like to shut up, he's the teacher for you.
