Mr. Wright is a very intelligent man, and knows his stuff. However, he is very disorganized; he changes the dates of the tests all the time and does not teach the material according a timeline, so he ends up skipping many units. Also, it takes him a long time to hand back tests (he says he will hand them back, but lags it on for weeks...). In terms of his teaching, he is also subpar; he wasted a lot of time in class (he is often not here) and his notes are all over the place.
No matter how much you try and how smart you are, you can not finish his class with good grades. He never marks the tests and does not try to clarify questions. His teaching skills are terrible and he makes so many mistakes while he is explaining.
Yeah, he probably knows the math and physics, but CANNOT teach!!! just talks and dumps it on students and expects them to learn it on their own. Doesn't even mark half of the assignments or tests he gives. How the heck does he come up with the marks for students? schedules tests or quizzes, and then always changes the dates of these tests and quizzes. very frustrating. my and some of my classmates actually did not take a course because he was the only one teaching it.
One of my favourite high school teacher. He is fun, knowledgeable and relaxing. Very different from most teachers I had.
He jokes that he's volunteering to teach and a lot of students actually believed that. He also jokes about his wife heha. Overall I enjoy his class, but felt like I learned nothing.
Mr. Wright is a Wonderful teacher who cares passionately about students that work hard. He helps in any way he can and answers any questions asked. I was scared when I found out I had him because I had heard negative stuff about him, but it was the best physics were the best classes I had. Learned so much from him, than just the course material. Mr. Wright is a excellent teacher for people who work hard and pay attention respectfully to what is being taught. Oh and his jokes were the best!
Not a very good calculus teacher Does not even mark tests *sighh
Teaches physics well, & answers any questions, though he's not too much help outside class. Funny & smart even though you don't get stuff back. Smile and contribute to class, and you'll do well.
He doesn't like marking, which could be a good or a bad thing.
I don't know if it was just me but I never really understood him. He tends to favour the pupils with higher grades, and doesn't really care about the rest.
Never gives back tests, assignments, or marks. You have no idea where your mark is at during the course of the term until you get your report card in the mail.
Never gives back assignments and tests, but teaches a very useful method for physics: adding vectors. PAY ATTENTION TO THAT for university. Thank you!
cool guy, shuld be a philosophy profesor, dont expect ur assignments back, MEMORIZE UR FORMULAS EVEN IF HE SAYS YOU'L HAVE THEM ON THE EXAM - u wont. :*(
Fantastic teacher. Tests are unbelievably hard... quite disorganized, and forgetful... but a great teacher overall.
Hardest teacher, doesnt care about students, extremely hard tests and is very cold about then. Leaves the class for coffee every day, and tells you one thing and your parents another!
tough tests... doesn't teach much in class n walks out for coffee every 10 mins.
he's a cool guy, but very tough on tests n stuff.. he's hilarious but very LAZY!
cool teacher, he's hilarious. very talented!! but lazy.......
very intelligent, very funny, very unorganized, very hard tests
