He is an abomination of a teacher, is disrespectful and sexist. He does not consider student's feelings, nor their mental stability. He makes students feel uncomfortable! Additionally, he has not informed my specific class about an evaluation the Thursday before the Christmas break, when many students are on vacation, when he states that he would inform students about examinations should they not be able to attend on that date in order to plan around it.
Let's put it this way- I am now a French teacher, which is what landed me here btw (no bad reviews, woo hoo) but being 10 years out I can honestly say that Faiazza is the only teacher that actually prepared me for continuing with French after high school. Even though he is 100% a bully who chooses favourites (super unprofessional),he is a thorough teacher. I may know all of Madonnas songs to this day, but I also have hilarious memories and a sound knowledge of French...and I had a B average.
One of the things that you have to understand about Mr.Faiazza is that he prepares you for the real world, whether that be university, college or work. Yes he is strict, but don't expect life to be any easier. One day some of you will understand the reason for his madness, and when you do, you'll be very thankful. From what I remember his tests were fair and you have have to be on top of your work if you want to decent in his class. Respects people who want to learn, no favourites.
At the beginning of the semester, I thought he was pretty fun and funny, but later on I realized that he is just mean and only cares about himself. Probably my worst teacher that semester.
Scarry scarry man, I've hardly ever been yelled at and he has freaked at me a couple times, good teacher but stay away from him in the halls
Mr Faiazza, definitely one of the best french teachers I've ever had, his way of teaching makes it so simple to learn. He loves to joke around and watch movies,
Mr. Faiazza may seem very mean at first but you'll soon find that he is a really great guy who cares very much about his students. Also, he is extremely organized and knowledgeable in French and Italian. I love him!
If you're Italian, then you're 100% his favourite student.
His teaching style is the most amazing ever. I've NEVER EVER learned french better than in his class! Compared to all my previous french teachers, Mr. Faiazza teaches the best. He makes french very easy to understand. Although he is strict at times, he has an amazing sense of humour. He also is obsessed with Madonna ;)
Very strict with uniforms. He is funny at times but only with certain kids since he picks favourites. I personally hate his teaching style, and I had a hard time in his course since if you asked a question too many he would mock and make fun of you. I recommend not texting in his class because you'll never see your phone again if you get caught. Overall he was an okay teacher, however I dreaded coming to his class everyday.
This guy is amazing! This is the only reason I go to school. For his french class! He's so funny! Knows how to laugh at himself.
At first I thought I'd hate french, but it was actually fun & entertaing being in his class. Good and funny teacher
not as good looking as he claims to be. never try and stare him down, only he can do that.
relax with the whole, "pride" thing, your a french teacher sweet, madonna? give it up not funny, and if you genuinely like her, i question which way you go to the plate, english is better than french
This guy is BEYOND a teacher...his style of teaching, the way he marks, the way he dresses....it's all professional...a really great man who will do anything to help you.
k im bad at french. well kinda. but i love him! hes so chill. me and him wasted a whole class talking about dating, then piercings and parents! funny guy love his class! good teacher too!!
HES OKAY BUT SOMETIMES HE GETS ANOYYING. COMPARED TO THE REST OF THE FRENCH TEACHERS HES THE BEST....BUT STILL A LITTLE OFF (what french teacher isn't) WHATEVER ITS STILL FRENCH!!!
mr. faiazza is an amazing teacher, he is not only a great teacher but knows how to have fun aswell.
Omg he is such a great teacher , thats if you get ur homework done and dont give dumb excuses, he makes class so much fun by making a fool of himself and with Madonna preaty sad.
hes a good teacher, as long as you get your work done..youll be cool, hes pretty fun and his classes are entertaining
The Madonna obsession is scary but he's a interesting teacher who make class fun, especially w/ the trivia games + movies.
awesome teacher....i had him for french and i hatee french soo much but he was soo chill we got to sit in class and watch movies with the occasional lesson here and there....
Tough as can be, but has high standards and expects the best!! Taught me that hard work and organization is the key. And he's right!! Is really a howl!!
one of those people who you hate but at the same time is the best. bittersweet. funny tho. doesn't take bs, but sometimes takes it a little far. still great.
Knows how to teach, but has been for too long!Doesnt accept any error, work or personality! Luvs to humiliate u, and steal every ounce of selfconfidence u have.
wutz up wit your stare? its kinda freaky-o well- i had fun in ur class- u could have been less strict, but u also joked around alot- i liked those classes !!
never had him as a teacher but he realy needs to learn how to treat people better
he is the best teacher that i hav ever had in my life. seriously. he is strict but he is so funny oh my GOD haha MADONNA OBSESSED yea kinda scary sumtimes......
