I love Ms.Hobbs, She's so much fun and shes only strict on music teachings which is completely normal. She does not pick favourite's as some people say she does. She's overall just a great teacher who's close with each one of her students. :)

Dale Hobbs was my music teacher. She neglected the students and picked favorites. She rarely taught and did not mark fairly. She would give her favorites, who were often show-offs, higher marks then other students who were clearly more dedicated and talented. Some students will claim she is an excellent teacher but they are mistaken. They likely just like her because one rarely had to work in her class.

Very nice personality but poor teaching skills. I've learned nothing in her class and we always have like 1hr of free time. She also tends to favour the preppy girls.

She's a good teacher, a little touchy at times chooses favourites and doesn't really like talented students. But she's okay. I had her a few years ago for vocal and I liked her alright.

I cannot stand her! She sucks majorly. She should go teach kindergarten; she degrades students when she talks to them like they're 6! I haven't learned a single thing in her class.

I had her for gr. 11 music in 1993 - was one of the few music teachers who actually taught music properly and attempted to teach us music theory. she does get personal with taleted students but she's ok yet others hated her

Not the best instrumental music teacher. Way too cheery, and not focused enough on the actual music, from my experience. Don't know about vocal music...
