I would have to agree with the previous comments. The management culture was very negative and micro. It was all about the power and control of it over everyone at the school. Students, parents and teachers all felt uncomfortable around this school.

Not a nurturing environment, a school needs to be inclusive of children who struggle as well as children who fly under the radar. Very disappointed with the lack of balance. Principals need to invest in all children, giving support to all. Feeling badly for the teachers she did not support. Hopefully the new admin team will be nuturing to all. Luckily they can have a fresh attitude, if they all step up together. The administration was weak at HCPS, under her leadership or lack of leadership.

Initially she is pleasant and easy to get along with. At times she can be very difficult to work with on potential behaviour issues with children.
