Such a great person, and a wonderful teacher! Makes you work but is a fair grader. She is beyond helpful when you have questions and always has new and interesting material every class. She tries to learn more about the subjects with the students and class discussions are always interesting.

She was a good teacher, she is nice and understanding, however can be ignorant and has a tendency to act like she is the only one who knows anything... however she does know quite a bit, and she is not strict ... so it's really a 50/50 shot with her

A supremely enlightened teacher, promulgating the mystical yet practical secrets of modernism, surrealism, etc. - especially regarding Virginia Woolf. Also very erudite concerning Ancient Greece.

A wonderful teacher, who brings the classics to life. Excellent at elucidating how the arts are socio-historically influenced by various cultural phenomena. Inspires us to actualize our potential.

A lot of work and very tough marker. Although very strict expectations, she will help you improve your writing skills. Be prepared for a serious class and make sure to do all readings (many quizzes).

Class - Victorian & Modern Themes: Great teacher! She will teach you all you need to know to succeed. The work load is easy! 1 novel and 1 graphic novel. So we pretty much did 2 essays for the term!

Pretty easy to get a decent grade in her class. The topics and books we covered were kind of lame and not very interesting but there wasn't too much work to do. She is a nice lady but I found her a bit annoying.

Sweetest teacher in the world, and really wants her students to succeed. Not much work, some [very easy] in-class quizzes, and 3 essays all semester. Not a hard marker, got 90, but you have to work.
