Pretty good at drums... Not good at anything else. Spends lots of time with trumpets and percussion but NEVER have i seen him work 1 on 1 with woodwinds. If he likes you, then he LIKES you. same with if he hates you. Disagrees with himself.

Cannot be better. Compared to other music teachers. He gives good mark, teaches with passion, and is knowledgable about music. To miss music program at Magee is a loss.

don't judge him untill u have had him for 5yrs! he loves Quantity over Quality, doesn't treat the students equally, and loves to pick on students. Overall he's somebody I don't want to visit again

Mr. Haas is really good at teaching instruments and gives really high marks that pull my average up. What is really annoying though is when he constantly bugs you, if you're not joining band next year

First year with him was ok at first, but I could tell that he didn't really care for the students, and he just wants to look good in front of an audience. I quit band the next year. (not hard though.)

BEST BAND TEACHER!! Teaches band in a structured way and knows when we're fooling around. I'm one of the students on his good list, but even students that he doesn't like are not treated badly at all. LOL and he gets red easily ^^

GREAT band teacher. I never knew how to play the drums when i started in gr-8 but he helped me and i started playin in the jr. jazz by gr-9. Moved to sr. jazz and continued with it till gr-12. Awesome guy. Plays favorites but not too hard to be on his bad side. Come to class prepped, be courteous. I guess easier for us precussion as we always have our equipment present. Plus, we get picked on the least. LOL

Nothing to write home about. not a bad guy, but seems to be in it for himself. Doesn't respect his students very much, and plays favorites too much. but if you are a good looking girl, you have an edge
