If all work has not been handed in by his set deadline, with a necessary lecture, he will push the student to succeed. With discussion's about his past, he provides to the best of his ability what he knows and has experienced about the subject. He is a recommended teacher and come the end of semester, you will have left learning something.

Best ELA teacher I have ever had. He made me work and I needed that or I would have been so screwed for university English. He is wise, funny and able to admit when he's wrong. I miss having conversations about literature with him. His stories about his past are fantastic. If you ever have the chance ask him which grades he prefers teaching and why. You will be amazed and enlightened.
