mr brown is unfair to everyone except is favourites, and his homework policies are bad. he doesn't care at all if his class fails, what kind of teacher is that!

He is pretty arbitrary in his marking, and isn't specific enough with guidelines. I agree about the aforementioned favouritism- some excellent students are doing very poorly and are discouraged by it.

He has his favourites, and that's evident. He also has his own way of doing things, which isn't nessicarily the right way to do things sometimes.
