If you want a good english mark, I'd recommend Mr. Gow. If you want to be humiliated, lectured daily and confused most of the time, I'd also recommend Mr. Gow. He isn't a bad guy, just too opinionated and yells at me whenever I forget my book or needa go to the bathroom.
Mr Gow is clearly passionate about music and can be a great teacher. I've been in his vocal class every chance I had and I'm majoring in vocal music next year after I graduate. I really enjoyed having him and learned a lot about music theory. Unfortunatly if you're someone who thinks a vocal class or music class in general will be easy or you don't care about practicing or paying attention to theory, you're going to have a hard time. I recommend knowing some theory before taking music with him.
Had him for english and I know for a fact that we didn't learn as much as other classes. I felt way behind my friends. And he really likes the sound of his own voice!
Amazing english and music teacher. Very clear in what he is saying, he rarley gets mad but if he does, duck for cover
Great teacher, very knowledgeable and helpful. Best music teacher ever
Mr. Gow is extremely knowledgeable about music. Especially singing. He was even in a show on Broadway!
I couldn't have asked for a better music teacher. He was incredible through my four years. He is very helpful, but sometimes is constructively hard on students which makes some dislike him.
Mr. Gow is very knowledgeable.
He is very passionate about what he teaches! He could try to make class a little more interesting.
Myer is lucky to have Mr. Gow. He is very passionate about Music and is a very talented musician himself. I took a music class with him every year I went to Myer and and was in band for 4 years. His classes aren't "easy" though.
I had Mr. Gow MSIP last year first semester and am in band. He's all ways very nice to me at least, making sure I understand what we are doing in band (I'm not in actual music as I don't have room for
Mr. Gow is a brilliant man but, sometimes he gets a little carried away, i love him to death but, if he could just tone his image down he would a way better teacher.
I love Mr.Gow, I think too many people are looking for music to be a bird subject, He really knows his stuff and challanges. I really resect him.
well he is a good band leader, but a bad teacher. and if you ever wanna play a new instrament then he blows up in your face and says your not good enought for your instrument, kinda dipressing
he's pretty good, but a little too... into it, if u know what i mean
mr gow is a pretty kewl teacher, but he's a little too into it...
really qiuck tempered and thinks music is the only thing that matters
mr. gow is arrogant and disregards any kind of art except for music. the shows he puts on lack originality, someone else (i.e. rocchio) should be put in charge. mr gow hates dancers!
Mr. Gow is an AMAZING teacher! Iv had him every year for music and for senior band. FLUTES RULE! Go Mr. Gow!
um hes kind of confusing and he gets angry rele easily!!
Mr. Gow's a great teacher as long as you have a good class. He totally knows what he's talking about and he is reallly helpful.
Mr. Gows an ok guy if your in his good side but his a really good teacher -ron <---not my real name
I have had Mr. Gow from Gr. 9-12. (beginning to end of high school) Advice to future students: he DOES know what he is talking about..oh ya, and play the sax!
Mr Gow. The best teacher EVER!!! Such a cool and smart teacher. Mr gow all the way!!
the nonstop dry wit is amazing, put effort into your instrument, and he helps you.he always made me feel appreciated.F#!you KNOW its always me Mr Gow! saxes rule!
Gow's kwl just don't get on his bad side. listen he knows what he's talking about.
No matter what, the French Horns are always perfect. Yeah right. You learn enough in his class but he's arrogant . He also delights in hurting ppl's feelings.
Mr. Gow is one of the best teachers I've ever had and isn't given the respect he deserves. His brilliance is misunderstood for arrogence...not the case at all!
Mr. Gow rocks......that whole "prune juice" thing in "La Bohème" made him my favourite performer EVER!.....btw, saxophones rule
Mr. Gow, our the greatest teacher in the entire school.your a genius at what you do,although you'd rather be making tables, lol.thanks Mr.Gow!
Yay to all the woodwinds, we actually have a challenge with our instruments
Mr Gow understands; the trumpets rule the band. Brilliant man. Amazing voice.
Saxaphones kick but! Flutes and Clarinets need to learn keysignatures! Fun times
By far the best teacher I've ever had...a brilliant man!

always ignores us flutes :( We need some attention too :'( lol
COuld be a little more positive, but good otherwise!
