Felt like it could have been better if I tried to actually learn, but that was made impossible by her tiny voice, and the fact that she would call on me everytime, despite knowing that I have no idea what she is asking. Liked to put me on the spot on purpose. Not a very nice teacher.
So, I've taken french all 4 years of highschool and I can say hands down Ms. Elliot was the worst of my french teachers. I couldn't understand a word she said, nor was she very helpful when it came to editing work! You'd ask a question and she'd simply tell you to check the dictionary or wordreference. I also had the "pleasure" to go to Quebec on a trip and, OF COURSE, she ended up going. She's just annoying and honestly doesn't prepare you for her exams properly.
I had her for grade 9 French last year. She speaks really quietly so it is hard to hear and understand her.
She seems nice at first but is very rude to her students
nope. nuh-uh nuh UH yeah. no. no thanks yeeeeeeeah no. nope nuh uh nope.

she helped me a lot with my french, but i guess that was easy to do since my first french was grade 9 so i was pretty much a blank slate.. very oblivious to cheaters, way too many people got to cheat.
way to quiet. if im sitting at the back of the class, i cant hear anything you say, therefore i cant hear you assign homework, therefore im not going to do it cause i didnt know we had any.
didn't learn very much.....wasted too much time at begining of year on unimportant stuff and expected us to learn it all ourselves right b4 the exam
way too quiet...when ur sitting in the back of the class with the fan on and she WHISPERS AT U from all the way at the front of the class u learn NOTHING because u cant hear ANYTHING.
She wasn't that great..she's a boring teacher, hard to commute with (one minute she'll be joking, the next..not.) Occasionally she does 'spice' up the class by having games in French and giving out candy. Otherwise, I didn't like her very much..wasn't a very good teacher, didn't learn all that much. But I've got to salute her for trying, I guess.
i liked Miss Elliot... she helped me get through french... she was cool... thumbs up for me
i think she has favorites, she can be nice sometimes tho
She makes class comfortable and is very intelligent. I learned a lot in that Spanish class.
a bit unprofessional. doesn't admit when she makes a mistake. spanish not her strong point.
