Had her for A Table Knowing what to eat, She's really nice and her course is fairly interesting, it's mostly watching hour long documentaries/films and then having a group discussion afterwards. Her quizzes were open notes/book so they were really easy and she's nice when it comes to grading as long as you do what she asks for. Project and presentation were easy too, I'd recommend her for sure.

Really great teacher and her exam and really easy. Took her for Knowing what to eat and its the best humanity class I've ever attended. She knows hella a lot about food. She grades fairly easy if you prove your point. Don't do things she doesn't want you to do during presentations cuz yeah..just a tip. But overall really had fun with her and really easy to approach to get help.

I had her for Environmental Ethics last humanities, and she was great! She asks for synopses (aka summaries) of the course pack readings and if you do them as she asked, easy 80 or more. 1 final essay and speech, but it was fairly easy if you put the work into it. Her class also includes documentaries to watch so the 3 hour class is not too overwhelmingly long! Quizzes/surprise quizzes sucked, but write a lot on them and you will do fine! Finished with a 90

Had her for my humanities '' A table : Knowing what to eat '', she knows her stuff yeah the info she gives is good but she's wayyyyyyyy to into it, I mean everyone would like it that their teacher like what they're doing but she was just too much into it, it pissed me off with the amount of quizzes, surprise quizzes and assignments. Anyway I didn't like her, try if you want but I don't recommend her. Also many readings almost every class, gets annoying.

Anna is an amazing teacher, had her for A table Knowing What to Eat, which really informed me on the food system and everything surrounding it. There are a lot of quizzes and movies, but overall a fun and easy class if you put the work into it. Make sure to always go get that extra bonus points she gives you, it will help your grade a lot. Also, go through her instructions carefully and you will get 90-100% on assignments. 100% recommend her to everyone!!

She knows a lot about food ans is always trying to make you feel that you and what you learn in class are connected. We had to do 3 synopsis, 1 essay-like assignment and a presentation. It involved a lot of reading at the first half of the semester, but not so much work afterwards. Take her if you can, you will learn a lot.

Way too much work for a darned humanities. Claims to have most of your work done at the beginning of the semester sothat later on when you have important things in other courses you have time... BOGUS! to get a good mark in this class you need to focus only on her work and neglect all your other courses. she's also all to eager to teach you life lessons. She is very nice however.

This is a class where you can easily get between 80-90% if you do the readings.. Be prepared to read A LOT OF ARTICLES, many chapters of a book ( Our Babies, Ourselves) for the class The Next Generation. It isn't boring but very long . She tries to make the class interesting and shares a lot of stories. This class is good for those who don't mind reading every weekend. In the end,it's worth it:)

For a humanities class, it's not the worst out there. From day one you know all your assignments and tests and she's very clear on what she expects from each of her students. Don't be late unless you want to spend the remainder of the class outside. If you have any strong opinions or morals that go against hers don't take this class unless you're looking for an argument or to be put down. She often singles people out and picks on them. If you can keep your opinions to yourself, take this class.
