Amy was an amazing teacher and colleague. I admired her devotion to students (every single one of them) and professionalism with colleagues. She never said a bad word about any student or colleague. As a student teacher with Van Tech this year, I was very lucky to have her support and tutelage. She is everything I want to be as a teacher and I draw inspiration from her example every day. We will miss you Amy, thanks for being so selfless and an incredible example of class and sass to all.

She was very dedicated to young people. I wasn't a student but she was one of my girl guide leaders. Great person ! We will miss you so much and we are very saddened of your early departure. I pulled out my bike today and was deeply reminded of your love of riding bikes! Rest in Peace.
