Amazing teacher !!! I have been taking his class for 2 semester in a row and I will certainly continue to take his courses. He is a very passionate person and know what he talks about. If you come to class and listen you will easily have a really good grade. He does not give a lot of exams (around 4 or 5) and they are all directly related to the material learned in class, no surprises. His courses are really interesting!

Although knowledgeable, he is unable to teach what he knows... Had him for the science of art last year and now that I have taken other humanities courses I can officially say that this is the worst humanities course possible. Very difficult and VERY BORING.

Terribly boring, if you have a choice avoid him if you are not an arts student. If you show that you want to learn this boring material he will help you. He has very high standards for his students, not an easy marker. A lot of material is covered on tests.

I took his science of art class, despite being a very abstract class, Allister made it all very easy to understand.

I really liked him. He wants people to speak and wants the class to be engaging. He's really nice, and is able to explain things nicely. He's approachable, and great. If you see his name, I would suggest you talking him. He's truly great!

He was a very nice and sweet teacher, but if you don't listen, you'll miss a lot of the information. Sometimes, he'll go off subject, but he's very helpful and open to answer questions if you don't understand.

His class at first seemed good, but quickly got worse as semester went on. Although he ends class 45mins early sometimes and gives phone breaks, he does not weigh work properly (2 questions quizzes were nearly equal to a term research paper) and marks horribly. Take him if you want minimal class time and don't mind unfair marks.

Allister is a man who does the unthinkable. He has a passion for failure, and a wandering eye. He thinks mistakes are cool. He will fail you because he thinks its fun. Tell him sir, NO, and youll pass
