He has a lot of knowledge, but has no idea how to teach. He expects you to know stuff without him explaining.
He know's a lot. Does not know how to explain his knowledge to his students... not learned as much as I wished. 80% of the course was copy and paste the example program into your own and save it( he encouraged this 100% of the time)
completely oblivious. someone literally sprayed a desk with axe and lit it on fire and he didnt even notice. people smoking e cigs too. he smelled like 420 a few times too.
The SHSM in info tech is awesome. Kudos to Payne for getting XNA and C# when his Java courses had to be canned.
Payne really wants you to be ready for university or college. Doesn't give a damn about your excuses for not giving a damn. It's kind of good.
Didn't learn a thing - he asked ME questions. Doesn't teach at all, but lets you hand stuff back in after he tells you what's wrong and you correct it... easy, easy, but soooo boring.
He is for the most part oblivious, people at the back of the class bring in their usb data sticks and have the same program with no work
I dont like how he shuts his eyes when he talks to you.. makes him seem very smug and narcasistic.. he is good guy though.. needs to make his programming classes more entertaining for the kids..
Good tech teacher, brutal drama teacher, the students practically ran that class, very easy though
he has issues but i like the cpu lets us use em at lunch which isnt bad but seriously learn not to talk so much and not to spaz
Payne is a good teacher- altho he can drag on an explanation he explains things thoroughly, and he evidently loves what he does. Yay for Mr Payne!
Cisco class is among my finest memories of Blakelock.
Mr. Payne you rock!!! You need to open your eyes when your teaching though LOL cuz they're always closed.
His courses are self taught, you can cheat on tests using the web(he allows it). He doesn't cheat and people play online games during class. He has no control.
Doesn't help much. Kinda boring. Not much else to say, really.
Mr. Payne really puts his all into creating the assignments for our split grade 11 and 12 class. He teaches us in preparation for University and that's hard.
Payne, you may know your computer stuff but I liked you in math more.
Payne will help you do well when he sees that you are putting in a good effort.
